Our commitment to service
Efficient product changeover and on-time delivery are the foundation of our business, making us a reliable source of quality vitamins and nutraceuticals. Our production processing is automated and rigorously managed. Technological advancements enhance our ability to provide complete in-house services, including sophisticated coating and packaging techniques that sustain optimum quality and reduce total manufacturing time.
Our testing capabilities
We operate a sophisticated laboratory and testing facility where we verify and develop high quality nutraceutical formulations. We continuously upgrade the technical capability of our laboratory by adding state-of-the-art instruments and increasing our staff of experienced highly-qualified personnel many of whom are PhD’s. Through our in-house laboratory we effectively and efficiently maintain rigorous quality assurance standards.
Science-based product formulation
At Atlantic EP, we scientifically design and customize nutraceutical products based on the unique individual needs of our prospective client-partners. New products and formulas are researched and tested prior to full-scale production. We continuously produce pilot or sample runs of product formulation prototypes to ensure stability and/or efficacy and to determine ingredient interaction and client-partner acceptance of the final product.
The science behind our formulations ensures that our client-partners receive, on a consistent basis, the most advanced nutraceutical supplements available today.
Raw materials
We maintain an inventory in excess of $2.5 million of raw materials providing timely availability of a diverse selection of nutrients. Upon receipt, these materials are rigorously tested to ensure quality, purity and potency. Our active raw materials include, but are not limited to potent natural extracts, natural herbal powders and herbal premixes.
Raw materials used meet or exceed the requirements for the vitamin and nutraceutical industry as upheld by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the U.S. Pharmacopoeia (USP).
Production
Atlantic EP manufactures full gamut of nutritional products, natural extracts, vitamins, minerals and botanicals. Our highly technically skilled professionals conduct a careful selection of potent and freshest natural ingredients. A meticulous attention is paid to processing and packaging details. Atlantic EP utilizes high volume mixers, screening machines, granulators, cone and ribbon blenders, Stokes rotary compression machines, extraction, PAMPak automatic encapsulation machines, high capacity coating pans for film coating, and fluidized bed driers. Packing operations are done utilizing Avery, Axon, Azco dispenser, Kaps-All, Automate and King machines.
Once the formula is approved for production, exacting quantities of each material are weighed out according to specifications outlined in the batch record, verified, and are then assigned to a designated blender. Raw materials are added to the blender in sequence and rotated according to a prescribed mixing time. Formulations are analyzed by batch, ensuring the potency and purity of every product we manufacture. The blended material can remain in powder form or is then encapsulated or compressed into solid dosage forms of, either tablets, capsules or caplets that adhere to exacting standards. From there, product is packaged in your custom packaging for market. Our packaging services include blister packing, strip packing, liquid packing, pouch packing and bottling. Packaging materials include bottles, capsules, sleeves, desiccants (silica gels) and lay flat material.
Atlantic EP utilizes a newly constructed and fully integrated facility in an ecologically friendly part of Siberia, Russia, aggregating 144,000 square foot. Additional facility at Long Island, New York measures up to 30,000 square foot, where the corporate office is located.
